The size of a condom is determined by its nominal width — the distance between the walls when flattened. The standard size of 52–54 mm suits most people, but not everyone.
How to tell if you need a different size
If a condom feels too tight, slips off or breaks, it’s usually down to the width rather than the length. Measure the circumference at the widest point and divide by two — that’s the nominal width you need. The ‘Extra-Large’ sub-section features models from 56 mm upwards: SAGAMI L and XL, Dolphi XXXXXL, SKYN Large, AKUEL KING SIZE and ONE Legend XL. For other models, the width is specified in the product details.
